Spirit Week! Dress as your teacher on Monday!

Monday – Switch Day, Tuesday – Marvel v. DC, Wednesday – Celebrate You. Wear your favorite item of clothing. Thursday – Spring Colors Day

Washington DC  Will you be joining our Trailblazers on a trip to our country’s capitol? This trip will be taking place in March, 2021. Please contact Ms. Rozo for more information. Tax Credits can be designated for payment options.

Spring Break is here! Spring break begins on March 9th and students will return to school on March 23rd.

All students who have excessive absences or failing grades are required to attend Intersession from March 9-11, 8:00 – 12:00. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out.

Interest forms and enrollment is now being accepted for all grades for the 2020/2021 school year.  Join the VIC family!

Will your student be returning in the 2020/2021 school year? Please let us know and save the spot! Enrollment for spaces not taken will be opened to new students as of March 1st.

Tax Credit Designation Time is Here
If you have not already made a tax credit designation, please consider making one to VIC. This designation costs you nothing! The money that we collect from tax credit designation is used to fund our elective classes and tutoring fees.  If you are filing jointly, you can designate up to $400 and if you are filing single, you can designate up to $200.  Please click on the link to the district website for more information. https://vailtaxcredits.org

20-21 School Year Update! Vail Blended Learning will have a 9:00 start time and 7:40 tutoring time next year. All Vail Blended Students will be able to attend tutoring during zero hour when requested. Transportation will be provided. Dismissal will be at 3:30 p.m. each day.

State Testing  6th – 8th and 10th grade students will be required to take the state assessments this year for Math, Language Arts and Science. Testing dates will be April 2nd, 8th, 14th and 15th.  Please do not make any appointments on these days. Attendance during benchmarks prevents your child from having to make up their testing during classroom instruction time.
